Program Manager Job Post
The Program Manager reports to the Associate Director and addresses all aspects of programming. Adheres to all PATH Intl., MA state, and BINA Farm standards. This position has potential for growth to become the Program Director. Professional Development Reimbursement Program for those seeking their PATH Intl. ESMHL, CTRI, Advanced or Master Certification.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
This outgoing and personable individual interacts with families, caregivers and participants to place them in the appropriate program for their needs and abilities. Knowledge of neurodivergent individuals and equine behavior is a plus.
Responsibilities: Ensures timely and accurate responses to program inquiries. Works with the Finance Director, Volunteer Coordinator and Equine & Barn Director to facilitate scheduling and billing.
Responding to phone, email, and in-person inquiries regarding our programs and mission
Program and Curriculum optimization
Ensures accuracy and completion of all necessary documentation
Program Budget involvement
Tracks participant schedule and submits information to the finance director.
Team member willing to support our office staff and programming staff as needed
Supports with compassion and understanding the needs of our participants and their families.
Provides 10-15 lessons/sessions per week of either Recreational Riding, Adaptive Riding, EFP or OT/PT Utilizing Hippotherapy (pending your qualifications and licenses depends on which program you provide services for)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
PATH Int’l., CTRI or MA Riding instructor license (can be in process) and we offer professional development reimbursement

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office
Experience in data systems - Better Impact, Equiforce/Salesforce, Microsoft Sharepoint

Able to work independently and seek solutions
Team player and positive office morale
Previous experience in any of the following type of organizations is a plus; Special needs focused, PATH Intl., or equine industry related.
