Caitlin Rex, Assistant Barn Manager
Caitlin began riding and caring for horses as a young girl at a local farm near her hometown, just south of Boston. She has dedicated many years of her career to her passion for working with horses, professionally managing several large equestrian facilities, and training horses and riders in both competitive and pleasure riding disciplines.
She also loves the fields of science and healthcare. She earned her B.S. summa cum laude, in Pre-veterinary studies, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a M.S. from Northeastern University in the study of Regulatory Affairs for Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals and Biologics.
Caitlin combines professional experience, education and a devotion to animal welfare to provide individualized, daily attention to each horse in her care to ensure their health, safety, comfort, and happiness.
Having experienced it herself, Caitlin knows the immeasurable value and joy that can be found in the connection between humans and horses. At BINA Farm, she looks forward to the reward of supporting a very special herd of horses that bring our community together in celebration of the powerful horse-human bond!
When she is away from BINA Farm, Caitlin enjoys nature walks and spending time with her tabby cat, Serendipity.
